Hola Rafael, hay varias opciones para llegar desde el Aeropuerto, concretamente hay una línea de autobús (aquí lo llamamos "guagua") que es la número 488. Puedes consultar toda la información aquí (autobús aeropuerto a los cristianos), el horario es de hora en hora, a partir de las 7 de la mañana.
Tienes que bajar en "Los Cristianos" y luego si vienes con equipaje te recomiendo tomar un taxi que te va a cobrar el mínimo (unos 3 euros). El hotel está a 15 minutos de la estación de los cristianos, y tendrías que subir una leve pendiente.

Las instalaciones de nuestro Spa (Sparadise) están disponibles tanto para los clientes del Hotel como para las personas que residen en la zona y desean recibir algún tratamiento. Siempre te recomendamos llamar previamente al teléfono de reservas para consultar la disponibilidad de los servicios y realizar tu reserva.

Puedes encontrar los detalles en los paquetes de spa si pinchas para ampliar la información de cada paquete. Entra en la sección Spa Paquetes y pincha en el título de cada uno y verás los paquetes de spa con el detalle de la duración de cada tratamiento, etc. Gracias.

Quisiera hacer una reserva para una semana en el mes de agosto, soy residente canario y conozco el hotel puesto que trabajo en el Sur, pero no me han dado muy buenas referencias, ya que me dicen que el hotel esta viejito, no todas las habitaciones están reformadas, las instalaciones de piscinas no son muy buenas... la verdad es que el año pasado tuvimos un fiasco con otro hotel y no quiero meter la pata este año. Vamos dos adultos, una niña de tres años y un bebé de seis meses, estamos pensando en alojarnos en un habitación doble.
¿qué opinan?

Pues si tienes dudas con respecto al Hotel, creo que vas a poder disiparlas rápidamente con estas dos fuentes de información:
la primera, nuestros resultados de calidad, que puedes ver en este enlace...Resultados de Calidad de mes de Mayo. Como puedes ver estamos en el 90% sobre 100% en casi todos los apartados.
la segunda, que al hacer la reserva a través de la web te asignamos siempre vista piscina y las mejores habitaciones, por lo que no vas a tener problema con la calidad de la unidad que reserves.
Espero que estos argumentos sean suficientes para ti, si no te invito a que visites el hotel cuando quieras sin compromiso y te enseñamos alguna habitación para que compruebes por ti mismo que la galería de fotos es fiel a la realidad.
Además ten en cuenta que en agosto tienes disponible el centro de ocio Atlántida (con varias piscinas) y se van a preparar diversas actividades específicamente para familias.
Pues si tienes dudas con respecto al Hotel, creo que vas a poder disiparlas rápidamente con estas dos fuentes de información:

Hola me llamo Juan José tenemos pensado mi familia y yo de pasar unos días en septiembre, pero tenemos una duda para poder hacer la reserva por Internet haber si alguien nos puede ayudar, la duda es que tenemos una niña de 6 años y un niño de tres meses y no sabemos si el niño cuenta como niño ya que es tan pequeño. Los niños hasta 2 años se consideran una "cuna" que puedes seleccionar en el motor de reservas al hacer tu reserva de habitación. Estas "cunas" no tienen ningún coste. El niño de 6 años cuenta como "niño".

Hi, you can go for Calle Hawaii, that is the street where the main entrance is situated. If you have to give directions to a driver when you get here, you can give the name of our hotel and address that appears at the bottom of the website (Avenida San Francisco, Los Cristianos, Arona, 38650. Tenerife) and the driver will know where to take you without problems.

You can get to the hotel from the airport by bus or by taxi.
Taxi: the approximate cost is 25 euros.

Hi there, can you tell me if there is parking outside the hotel and if you have to pay as we are booked for end of May and are thinking on hiring a car for all or part of our trip?

Hi, we are about to book to stay at Paradise Park in October 2010 and are booking direct with the hotel, is asks for us to pay a deposit at the time of booking but we cannot see when the balance has to be paid, is it when we arrive at the hotel? Also, by October will all the rooms have been refurbished? many thanks Claire

The cost to upgrade from full board to all inclusive is +6 euros per person & day.
You can upgrade when you check-in at reception.

Más preguntas: que se considera "vestimenta formal para el servicio de cena"?? Es obligatorio para hombres y mujeres?? Si vas en regimen TI, esto tambien incluye el Spa Atlantida?? Gracias

Cuando se habla de vestimenta formal se refiere a que no esta permitido acudir al comedor con ropa de playa por ejemplo, pantalones cortos, etc. Es aplicable a hombres y mujeres. El régimen TI incluye la entrada al parque de ocio Atlántida donde hay servicio de todo incluído, pero no incluye la entrada al Spa situado en la primera planta del hotel (edificio principal).

We are looking at returning to your hotel in November, and have found an excellent deal for a one bed apart. Do you have lifts to the rooms, do they have a microwave and how much is it to upgrade to the colonial suite on the 7th floor. Also do they now have aircon now that they have been refurbished. which is what we stayed in last year. We are travelling with 2 adults, one baby and a toddler who is 2. Would we be able to have 2 cots if we request this.

There are lifts to the rooms. Apartments do not have a microwave. If you would like to upgrade to a colonial suite, the price is +35 euros per person & day. Apartments do not have air conditioning, they have a fan. Apartments are the only units that have not been refurbished. As for the cots, all you have to do is ask for them at reception.
