“Fantastic visit to this fabulous hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is spotless and beds are very comfortable. (...) Food was good quality, tasty and varied with excellent service from all restaurant staff. Bar staff quickly remember your usual tipple and gave great service with a smile. Entertainment staff were great fun with a variety of entertainment such as yoga, aqua fun , shooting, darts , bingo and karaoke as well as introducing professional shows. Love the rooftop solarium which is perfect for some quiet sunbathing and great views over the coast . Spa is fantastic and highly recommend the massage treatments as well as the facials. Will definitely be back.”

“Visit this hotel each year and this year even with spanish law restrictions our holiday was amazing. Reception, bar, restaurant, lifeguards, entertainment, housekeeping and maintenance staff give 100% to make everyone’s holiday special and make everyone feel like family. It’s great to see so many familiar faces. Great selection of food at meal times and outdoor entertainment was great despite no dancing allowed, everyone enjoyed themselves. Rooms and all areas spotless and constantly cleaned so everyone felt safe. Highly recommended.”

“The staff was very kind and always helped out. Good variety of food and drinks (breakfast/lunch/dinner/snacks). Room was comfortable. There was plenty of families with kids but because of spacious facilities they never disturbed us. Also there was only adults zone if you preferred.”

“Wir wurden bei Ankunft schon sehr freundlich empfangen. Man bot uns Sekt und O-Saft an. Auch die Anmeldung verlief schnell und problemlost. Allerdings auf Englisch. Das ist für uns aber kein Problem, da wir nicht erwarten, dass im Ausland jeder Deutsch spricht. Dann zeigte man uns unser Appartement und brachte uns auch die Koffer direkt dahin. Das gab es 2016 noch nicht. Da musste man anhand eines Planes sein Appartement selber finden und auch die Koffer selber tragen.”
